2. Shipping Methods & Costs:

  • We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, chosen shipping method, and delivery address.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:

4. Delivery Issues:

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and local post office. If the issue persists, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Our Return Policy:

  • You may return eligible items within 10 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
    • Have all original tags attached.
    • In its original packaging.
    • Unboxing video required for verification.
  • Items not eligible for return: if the product is not in original condition like torn or worn or used.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • Please email our customer service team at support@viewkart.in with your order number and the reason for your return/exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
  • Pack your item(s) securely, ideally in the original packaging.
  • Attach the provided return label (if applicable) and drop off your package at the designated carrier location or hand it over to our shipping partners.

3. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

4. Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process for the original item and then place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest delivery of your new item.
